Managed Accounts

Our state of the art Job Management System enables us to totally manage borrower accounts from start to finish, irrespective of the term.

Clients currently using our Managed Accounts service are typically in the business of long-term car rentals, however, this service is available to all Clients who have a requirement to outsource monitored collections of any duration.

Managed Account funds are immediately transferred to the Client's account via EFT once they have been collected and certified, thereby minimising delays and costs.

Field Calls

• Verify addresses and occupants therein
• Provide detailed reports including property description and any activity at the address
• Instruct the borrower to contact your organisation

Field call reports are provided within 24 hours for metropolitan regions and 72 hours for rural regions from the time instructions are received.
